These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are between Busy Skills (“Company”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) for participation in the Busy Skills Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment in the Program:
- Affiliate must apply and be approved for the Program.
- Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrollment at its discretion.
2. Promotion:
- Affiliate agrees to promote Busy Skills using the provided affiliate links and creatives.
- Promotion methods must comply with South African laws and ethical standards.
3. Commission:
- Affiliate earns a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- The affiliate link remains active for 60 days on a customer’s device.
- Commissions are calculated from the 25th of each month to the 25th of the next month.
4. Payouts:
- Payouts are processed on the 30th of each month.
- Minimum payout is R500. If the minimum is not reached, the balance carries over to the next month.
- Payouts are made to a confirmed South African Bank Account provided by the Affiliate.
5. Tax Responsibility:
- Affiliates are responsible for their own income tax liabilities.
- Taxes are not deducted from the payout, and Company assumes no responsibility for tax obligations.
6. Termination:
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violation of terms or for any reason.
7. Amendments:
- Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation implies acceptance.
8. Governing Law:
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in South African courts.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
